Tra gli apici vale sicuramente la pena di menzionare What does it mean to be human?, un chiaro omaggio a Blade Runner e, Primary instincts, un brano dove troviamo quella percezione quasi infantile o meglio, primordiale, di gioia e divertimento. Tirando le somme, posso constatare che ci troviamo di fronte a un artista poliedrico. Ascoltare per credere!

HARVEST, una raccolta che include i miei primi due EP (Ursa Major II e What Was Left Behind), una traccia precedentemente pubblicata sull'etichetta Tiny Drones For Lovers in occasione della compilation benefit "Music for Sergei: a benefit compilation of heartfelt music for a friend...", la demo di Apophenia ed una nuova traccia composta appositamente per questa nuova edizione.

[URSA MAJOR II]
Ho iniziato a lavorare al mio primo EP circa un anno fa. Dopo varie prove, tentativi e brani scartati, ho deciso di lavorare seguendo più il mio instinto, privilegiando la spontaneità piuttosto che la forma.
Il risultato finale di questo processo sono queste due tracce: Der weiße Teufel (Il Diavolo bianco), ispirato dal film di Aleksandr Volkov del 1930, e Apophenia, alla ricerca di un suono immaginario dentro altri suoni.

[WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND]
Il miracolo di Tagilus, un brano evocativo, carico di emozioni, scritto tra aprile e maggio 2020 durante il lockdown globale.
Questa è stata in pratica la mia prima traccia in assoluto che ho composto (almeno credo, anche se non potrò mai esserne del tutto certo), scartata al momento per poi essere successivamente recuperata per questo EP.
What does it mean to be human? invece è stata scritta alla fine del 2020, durante la stessa sessione di 'Der weiße Teufel'. Utilizza a tutti gli effetti le medesime tecniche di campionamento ed è diventata fin da subito una delle mie preferite per questa seconda uscita.
Ho aspettato diverso tempo prima di terminare e decidere di farle uscire e, grazie al processo di rivalutazione, ho capito che era giunto il momento di pubblicarle.

Un ringraziamento doveroso a tutti coloro i quali mi stanno supportando, in particolar modo a Macrogramma per l’aiuto e l’infinita disponibilità dimostratami.
Ringrazio inoltre Raffaele Pezzella per aver curato il mastering dando così una visione unitaria e nuova linfa vitale a tutto il progetto.

[URSA MAJOR II]
I started working on my first EP about one year ago. After several rehearsals, attempts and discarded tracks, I decided to work more following my instincts, favoring spontaneity over form.
The end result of this process are these two tracks: Der weiße Teufel (The white Devil), inspired by Aleksandr Volkov's 1930 film, and Apophenia, a search for an imaginary sound within other sounds.

[WHAT WAS LEFT BEHIND]
Il miracolo di Tagilus (Tagilus' miracle), an evocative, emotionally charged track, written between April-May 2020, during a world under lockdown.
This was basically my first ever track I composed (at least I think, even if I can never be completely sure), discarded at the time and then recovered for this EP.
What does it mean to be human? instead was written in late 2020, during the same session as 'Der weiße Teufel'. Indeed, uses equal sampling methods and has quickly become a firm favourite for this second release.
I waited a long time before finishing and deciding to bring them out, and the re-evaluation process made me realize that it was time to release it.

Thanks to Macrogramma and all my friends who have helped and supported me.
I also thank Raffaele Pezzella for curating the mastering thus giving a unified vision and new breath life into the whole project.
